Nah the winter is for building lots of strength and practicing in the gym. All the more to make us want to break out in the spring! …Plus snow freerunning is do-able right? lol

Ahh snow training would be epic. Let’s go ice climbing, bare fingers and toes, that would build massive strength for spring.

Besides the snow (which forces the entirety of our work indoors, no problem) we’re outside battling the cold air. Although flipping around in the snow really is fun, and forgiving. Massive training in the winter leads to an explosive Spring season.

Time to train outside the comfort zone indefinitely, who’s with me on this journey? Are bodies are capable so let’s utilize them and enhance our potential!

Barnes, to comment on your earlier post, free running is doable in the snow. All you need to prepare yourself is a positive attitude, some sidewalk salt, and shovel. The South Bend Shovel Slayer had it right, maybe he was a true free runner at heart.
